has been a superb agent for me on several occasions in the past, and was
equally superb in handling my recent claim. In addition to her diligent
handling of my claim, she was the “rock”of support to me with her kind,calm
patient demeanor. I feel very fortunate to have her as my Safeco agent.
I also would like to acknowledge the excellent service from my adjuster,
Janet Calderon, my total loss agent, Michelle Ritz, and Allen (don’t have
spelling for his last name) who estimated damage to my car. Each of these
people were prompt, courteous, and efficient with their service to me.
Equally appreciated by me was their kind patience and willingness to answer
all my questions and address my concerns.
